1. Upload your transaction documents. LOI or heads of terms, the underlying lease, emails, anything containing the agreed commercial terms.
2. Select or upload your precedent. From your firm’s Resources library in Orbital or uploaded directly.
3. Generate the first draft. Orbital reads the terms alongside your precedent and adapts the document as a whole. Knock-on changes across related clauses included.
4. Review and iterate. Word file with tracked changes and source citations. See exactly what's been modified and where the information came from.
